Scuder Way Wipers machine blinds are necessary to protect the machine’s guides and spindles by preventing the entry of chips, fluids, and dirt.
We manufacture a wide range of protective shutters, always analyzing the needs of each machine to ensure adequate protection. Our high-quality aluminum shutters feature special tempering and anodizing for superior resistance to chip impacts . We manufacture various types:

The machine itself moves the protective shutter without the need for any mechanism by folding back on itself.

High-quality hardened anodized aluminum. Slat dimensions: 20 mm wide and 5.5 mm thick.

Machine guards are manufactured with high-strength anodized aluminum slats interspersed with transparent polycarbonate slats that allow the operator to see inside the machine . They offer excellent resistance against wood chips.

Protective shutter for machinery, made of hollow milled aluminum with countersunk screw heads and special polyurethane bonding. Easy to disassemble and repair , and highly resistant to chips .

NEW MODELS
Protective machine shutters made of anodized aluminum slats bonded together with a special polyurethane adhesive highly resistant to oils and coolants. A POM piece is fitted to the bottom, allowing the shutter to slide laterally along the guide without damaging it. The top of the shutters is reinforced with hinges and screws for added rigidity .
Suitable for working in a transverse position at high speed (tool changers and other types of applications that require minimal friction) and resistant against chips .
Maximum height: 2,500 mm and bending radius 40 mm.

CLA model machine blinds
Walkable aluminum shutter for covering pits.
Protective shutter for machinery made of hardened tempered and specially anodized aluminum 0.25 microns, resistant to corrosion and temperatures up to 300°.
Manufactured with side joining rivets. Easy to replace the slats without having to disassemble the entire blind.
It supports different weights depending on its length (A) and slat dimensions (WT). See table »
- CLA-14/25 and CLA-14/25 non-slip models with grooved surface: single-sided rotation.
- CLA-25-DG model: reversible rotation to adapt to different levels.
