This is our most durable series of guide/scraper cleaners . Made of high-quality stainless steel and polyurethane. Especially suitable for very harsh working conditions, where there are large quantities of chips and cutting fluids .

Repair of AB series guide/scraper cleaners
We repair the entire AB series of guide/scraper cleaners, replacing the polyurethane lips and damaged areas of the parts.
LS series guide cleaner
Guide cleaners / Sandwich scrapers, composed of pickled steel or laser-cut stainless steel and a special polyurethane sheet 2 or 3 mm thick.
Resistant to abrasion, cutting fluids, oils and high temperatures.
Pack assembled with countersunk screws.
LMX series guide cleaner
Guide cleaner / Sheathed scraper made of stainless steel and NBR , good strength and durability, easy to adapt, high resistance to abrasion, oils, coolants, etc. Continuous thermal resistance 100º and spot resistance 135º. Can be profiled without welding.

LA series guide cleaner
Guide cleaner / Scraper , composed of anodized aluminum profile and high quality blue polyurethane lip with a hardness of 85.
Profileable according to plan using pins.
The LA series of guide cleaners/scrapers has a variant with a special stainless steel pre-scraper for areas with excess hot chips (LA-F).
The aluminum profile and the polyurethane lip can be supplied separately.

Repair of guide cleaners / scrapers LA series
We repaired the LA series by replacing the blue polyurethane lips and the deteriorated areas of the aluminum.
LAW-DL series guide cleaner
Guide cleaner / Scraper made of anodized aluminum profile and double lip of vulcanized NBR or FPM.
Designed for forward and reverse sweeping with high resistance to wear, oils, coolants and shavings.
For high-speed machines, the variant with the FPM lip is recommended.
Profileable with internal joining plates.
Supplied according to plan or in 1,000 mm strips.
