LN series vulcanized guide cleaner
Properties
Materials: NBR or FPM
Cleans guides with high resistance to abrasion, oils, cutting fluids and high temperatures between 100º and 130º.
Mounting
Designed with special recesses for spot welding. They can also be mounted with screws or rivets.
For areas with hot chips, we recommend placing the stainless steel protector over lip LN-1, LN-2 and LN-3.

LT and LTC series guide cleaners
Properties
Materials: steel and polyurethane
High resistance to abrasion, cutting fluids, oils, and hydrolysis. Continuous thermal resistance of 100°C and spot resistance of 135°C. Thanks to its design, the polyurethane lips are fully protected by the metal profile, significantly extending the lifespan of the guide wiper and, in turn, the telescopic bumper .
Composition
This series consists of a protective steel profile and a polyurethane lip.
Application
For telescopic fenders and closures on roller shutters and aluminum blinds .
Mounting
Generally with spot welding, but can also be mounted bolted or riveted.

With great adaptability to telescopic fender modules that are wavy or deformed by small impacts.

Composed of a calibrated steel core and NBR or FPM vulcanized to the core.

Screwed in with M4 screws from the top.

Properties
High resistance to abrasion, hydrolysis, mineral oils, and coolants. Especially suitable for wet areas. Made from brass plate, it avoids the oxidation problems that can occur with other types of guide cleaners.
Continuous thermal resistance of 100º and point thermal resistance of 135º.
