Cylindrical scrapers for lathes and machines
Cylindrical guide cleaners/scrapers are used to clean dirt, foreign particles, shavings, moisture, etc., from lathe tailstocks , hydraulic cylinders, and pneumatic cylinders. They prevent contamination of the hydraulic fluid , which could damage other components.

AB series cylindrical guide cleaner
Special ones for the protection of the tailstocks of lathes .
Composition: steel sheath and polyurethane lip.

Excellent resistance to abrasion, acids, oils and cutting fluids
High resistance to hydrolysis and microorganisms
Continuous thermal resistance of 100ºC
Point resistance of 135ºC
Recommended for manufacturing small runs, they are manufactured for different diameters according to the drawing.
LC-A series cylindrical guide cleaner
The elastomer composition can be NBR (LC-AN) or FPM (LC-AF) with a hardness of 83. The standard color is black. Self-lubricating.
For high-speed machines, it is recommended that the elastomer composition be with an FPM lip.
The LC-A series of cylindrical guide/scraper cleaners is molded, has high abrasion resistance and a long service life .
We have a wide variety of cylindrical guide/scraper cleaners in standard series and for special custom sizes molds can be manufactured for large runs.
