Surface cleaner

• LOXEAL Pulitore 10

  LOXEAL 10 cleaner is a CFC-free solvent blend particularly suitable for cleaning and degreasing surfaces that will be bonded or sealed. Examples include steel rulers, Biplast-V rulers , etc.

Surface preparation

• LOXEAL 9 ACTIVATOR (for cyanoacrylate products )

  Degreases and cleans surfaces. Enables rapid curing of cyanoacrylate adhesives under difficult conditions (large gaps, unreactive materials); 1 to 4 seconds are required, depending on the type of adhesive.

• LOXEAL 11 ACTIVATOR (for anaerobic products )

  Degreases and cleans surfaces. Allows for rapid hardening in 20 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on the assembly clearance and ambient temperature. Apply LOXEAL activator to one of the surfaces to be joined and the adhesive or sealant to the other. Allow the solvent to evaporate before assembling the parts. Can be used on both threaded and flat joints.

Cyanoacrylate adhesives

• LOXEAL 32

  Super-fast ethyl cyanoacrylate instant adhesive . Low viscosity. Designed for rapid bonding of EPDM, foam rubber, difficult-to-bond rubbers, and soft plastics.

  (We recommend using it in conjunction with the LOXEAL 9 Activator )

• LOXEAL 43S

  Ethyl cyanoacrylate instant adhesive. A medium-viscosity, universal adhesive capable of bonding acidic surfaces and polymerizing rapidly even in low relative humidity. Suitable for the quick bonding of leather, wood, and metals.

  (We recommend using it in conjunction with the LOXEAL 9 Activator )

Retainers

• LOXEAL 53-11 (medium strength)

  Medium-strength anaerobic adhesive for retaining bearings, bushings, and cylindrical metal components where disassembly with standard tools is anticipated. It is resistant to high temperatures, sudden temperature changes, vibrations, oils, fuels, coolants, and other chemicals.

  (We recommend using it in conjunction with the LOXEAL 11 Activator )

• LOXEAL 83-21 (permanent mount)

  High-strength, fast-curing anaerobic adhesive for fixing and sealing metal threads and for retaining cylindrical metal elements . High resistance to temperature, thermal shock, vibration, chemicals, and aging.

  (We recommend using it in conjunction with the LOXEAL 11 Activator )

Thread sealants

• LOXEAL 58-11 (medium strength)

  Liquid Teflon .

  Anaerobic adhesive , suitable for sealing threaded metal connections. Suitable for sealing gas, LPG, compressed air, oils, fuels, CFCs, potable water, and other chemicals. Its low coefficient of friction ensures easy assembly, and its thixotropic properties prevent migration of the product within the thread before and during curing. It replaces hemp and PTFE tapes. The hardened product forms a tough film with medium pull-out resistance. Resistant to impact, vibration, and thermal shock, it maintains its sealing properties in the temperature range of -55°C to +150°C, with peaks up to +230°C.

  (We recommend using it in conjunction with the LOXEAL 11 Activator )

• LOXEAL 53-14 (medium strength)

  Hydraulic sealant.

  Medium-strength anaerobic adhesive for metals, designed for sealing hydraulic and pneumatic threaded connections . Suitable for sealing gas, water, LPG, oils, hydrocarbons, and other chemicals. Offers high resistance to temperature, corrosion, impact, and vibration.

  (We recommend using it in conjunction with the LOXEAL 11 Activator )

Threadlockers

• LOXEAL 55-03 (medium strength)

  Medium-strength anaerobic adhesive for securing screws and nuts of all types that may require disassembly. Suitable for use on slightly oiled surfaces. High resistance to corrosion, vibration, water, gas, oils and fuels, and many chemicals. Loosening resistance tested up to +200°C.

  (We recommend using it in conjunction with the LOXEAL 11 Activator )

Two-component epoxy adhesives

• LOXEAL 31-42

  A clear, general-purpose, fast-curing structural adhesive for bonding materials such as metals, ferrite, ceramics, marble, glass, concrete, wood, and some plastics (polyester, ABS, rigid PVC). Not suitable for rubber, soft materials, polyethylene , polypropylene, or PTFE . Resistant to water, fuels, and oils.

• LOXEAL SUPERLOX

  Two-component (A+B) adhesive , specially formulated for difficult plastics. It delivers optimal results in a very short time (approx. 10 min.).

  Superlox comes with a 25ml manual twin syringe with a mixing nozzle, eliminating the need for a glue gun. Its transparent color is ideal for bonding clear plastics.

  Especially recommended for hard-to-bond plastics (polypropylene, polyethylene , HDPE, LDPE, PTFE , plexiglass, ABS, PVC) and also useful for bonding other materials such as metals, wood, etc.

• LOXEAL 31-10

  Self-leveling , transparent, general-purpose structural and filling adhesive for the structural bonding of many materials: metals, ferrite, ceramics, marble, glass, concrete, wood, and some plastics (polyester, ABS, rigid PVC). Not suitable for rubber, soft materials, polyethylene , polypropylene, and PTFE . Resistant to water, fuels, and oils.

• LOXEAL 36-14 (adhesive for filling seized areas)

  Tough, two-component epoxy resin formulated to bond different types of materials: composites, metals, ceramics, ferrites. Particularly suitable for electromechanical assemblies.

  It has a mixing life of approximately 30-40 minutes and cures in 24 hours at room temperature.

  It offers very good impact resistance. It has good resistance to water, oil, and gasoline.

• LOXEAL 36-38 (adhesive for plastic and metals)

  A two-component, thixotropic, hardening epoxy resin that cures at cold and moderate temperatures. Formulated for bonding metals, ceramics, wood, expanded metals, and a wide range of plastics.

  It has good resistance to hydrocarbons and oils, and its slow curing allows for the eventual repositioning of parts and the bonding of large surfaces. It offers tough adhesion with high resistance to impact, shocks, and vibrations. Its high viscosity allows for filling large gaps and vertical applications.

Acrylic adhesives

• LOXEAL 33-47 (A+B)

  Two-component, contact-cure adhesive that can be applied drop by drop or bead by bead; no intimate mixing required. Working time is 1 to 3 minutes. Suitable for bonding metals, ceramics, glass, wood, and some hard plastics. Provides bonds with high impact, peel, and tensile strength.

Board Maker

• LOXEAL 59-20

  Low-odor, neutral silicone sealant adhesive ideal for sealing telescopic bumpers , protective bellows , gearboxes, gears, differentials, flanges on pumps and engines, oil and water containers, and compressed air lines. It polymerizes by reacting with atmospheric moisture, forming an extremely flexible seal between surfaces of different materials (metal, plastics, glass, ceramics, etc.). Resistant to vibration, thermal shock, pressurized air, water, oils, and other chemicals. The seal remains intact within a temperature range of -50°C to +180°C. Sealed parts can be disassembled using standard tools.
